I have been buying steak somewhere for years now. During the week, I got a message from Skodak to try their premium steak. So I decided to try, out of sentiments. We seasoned it and grilled it. I was impressed that the steak was tender. So I decided that we will change our steak supplier to Skodak immediately- our guests deserve this quality of steak in our restaurant.
